SI5394L-A-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 1.028GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
