SI5394M-A-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. In this case, LVCMOS is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic levels is presented here.
