As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel.
