SI5397J-A11023-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 720MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltage provided.
