SI8503-C-GM Overview
In order to ensure safety, the current sensors are packaged in 12-VFQFN packages. As a precaution, these current sensors are packaged in the Tube to protect them from damage. Current sensors should only output 7mA current. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 7mA. In order for the current sensors to operate, the operating temperature must not be lower than -40°C. The current sensors should remain at 125°C for the maximum operating temperature. Current sensors are designed to detect 20A current. This current sensor consists of 12 pins. When the current sensors operate, they could output 5.5V voltage.
