SI8641BA-B-IUR Description
An integrated DC-DC converter, improved electrical insulation, bidirectional communication, and controlled power delivery are all features of the Silicon Labs SI8641BA-B-IUR, a quad-channel digital isolator. It has an isolation voltage of 1.5 kV RMS and a maximum data throughput of 150 Mbps per channel. The SI8641BA-B-IUR is comparable to the SI8640BA-B-IUR in that it is also compatible with a number of protocols and standards, including I2C, SMBus, and PMBus. Additionally, it is the perfect solution for applications requiring isolated power supplies, such as power management, industrial automation, motor control, medical equipment, and battery-powered devices, thanks to its wide temperature range, low power consumption, and small size.
