The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called Clock, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
