The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are 16 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied.
