Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal as its input.
