In order to protect the op amps, a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad case is used. Op amps are Current Sense types of amplifier on the chip. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months.
