TS6001AIG325T Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.08% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 500μA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 12.6V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2.7V~12.6V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 35μA.Current supply is 35μA.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 2.5V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2.7V voltage at the very least.
