This program utilizes the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Reel (TR).Precision voltage measurements require ±0.16% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 2.5V is determined based on test statistics.Fixed forms are provided for user input.Pins 3 are firmly seated in the part.Use of Surface Mount can increase the complexity of the PCB design.-40°C~85°C TA is suitable for work within this range.Surface Mount is the right platform for the application.There is 500μA way the reference voltage can output more current than 500μA in this case.Communication channels of high quality are currently unavailable.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 2.5V volts.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 2.496V.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 12.6V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.An input voltage of 2.7V~12.6V is usually supported by the voltage reference circuit.It uses 35μA when idle.35μA volts is the supply current for this voltage reference circuit.Can the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?In spite of changes in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.5V.It starts running at 2.696V voltage at least, according to the record.
