SE2614BT-R Overview
In the 2.4GHz~2.5GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 20-UFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Digi-Reel® package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 20 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 190mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
