An RF Amplifier with a cost-effective RF/Microwave device type of WIDE BAND LOW POWER.CDMA, LTE, W-CDMA, WiMAX RF Type from the RF Amplifier.Advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability.The RF power Amplifier is conveniently packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship internationally.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.It is possible for the Amplifiers RF to supply voltages of 3.3V~5V.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 50mA.There are 8 pins on the high power RF Amplifier.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
