SKY74038-13 Overview

A frequency of 2.6GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC features an enhanced TSSOP package.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.RF module has 28 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
