Varactor is not recommended to use a breakdown voltage below 12V for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio is equal to its capacitance, which is the ability of the capacitor to store an electric current.Diode caps have a tolerance of 4.35% for this circuit.By using it, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 23pF.During operation, the temperature should not deviate from -55°C~125°C TJ.In addition, the SC-79, SOD-523 package can be used to reduce the amount of space needed.Its maximum power dissipation assures that it can dissipate power efficiently without overheating.The peak reverse voltage must remain within 12V for accurate conversion.
