This device has a DC current gain of 180 @ 1A 2V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 350mV ensures maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 350mV @ 150mA, 3A.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.100MHz is present in the transition frequency.A breakdown input voltage of 40V volts can be used.A maximum collector current of 3A volts is possible.
