74LVQ02M Overview
Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this logic device is widely used in many applications. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. In the quiescent state, the part has 2 µA current flowing through it. 1 outputs are included in the device. Totally, there are 4 elements used for operation. Logical operation through 4 gates. The device should not operate under environment where temperature is higher than 125 °C. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -55 °C. In normalsituation, users should not supply the device with voltage higher than 3.6 V. The lowest voltage fed to the part should be 2 V.
