74VHC14MTR Overview
Shipped in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is easy to ship overseas. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Using Inverter logic, it functions. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is required. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation.
