This is the maximum voltage allowed across the device.On-state voltage (V) should be 1.9@100A during normal operation.The gate trigger current is the gate current required to switch a device from an off (Blocked) state into an on (On). This device has a DC gate trigger current-Max of 80 mA.SCRs have a surge current rating of 610, which defines the maximum non-repetitive or surge current they can handle for a limited time during their existence.Repetitive peak reverse voltages are the maximum instantaneous reverse voltage included in all repetitive transient voltages, and their voltages are ideally 1200.
