L4972AD Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~150°C TJ is essential when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 100kHz~200kHz.
