L4973D3.3 Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 20 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. 100kHz~300kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator.
