L4973D5.1 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable (Fixed) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting.
