L5981TR Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 250kHz~1MHz. Input voltage 2.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
