L6920D Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable (Fixed) output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.6V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.8V 3.3V 5V. As a result of the 800mA Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
