L6920DCTR Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.8V 3.3V 5V. As a result of the 800mA Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 2V to meet the operation requirements. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory.
