L6925D Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 600kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage.
