Tray is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 48-TQFP Exposed Pad .For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at Automotive as well as for other applications.It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~105°C TA in order to prevent malfunctions.It works with 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V voltage.On the power management, you can find 100 terminals.In order for the ic supplies to begin working, it must have at least 6V .There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltages higher than 18V .It is based on the series Automotive, AEC-Q100 .
