L9945 Description
The L9945 is an eight-channel MOSFET pre-driver with low-side, high-side, peak-and-hold, and H-Bridge load management options. The L9945 driver is built to meet the needs of 12 V (passenger vehicle) and 24 V (commercial vehicle) battery systems.The L9945 MOSFET has the ability to control two H-Bridges independently. The device can also drive two loads, which necessitates the use of a "peak & hold" control method.
