LD39100PUR Description
With an input voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V and a typical dropout voltage of 200 mV, the LD39100PUR delivers a maximum current of 1 A. Ceramic capacitors on the input and output keep the device steady.
The AEC-Q100 certified LD39100PUR is also available in a DFN6 (3x3 mm) with a wettable flank package.
