LDL1117S50R Description
The LDL1117S50R has a maximum current of 1.2 A and a typical dropout voltage of 350 mV @ 1.2 A, with an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 18 V. It is suitable for direct regulation in SMPS and secondary linear regulation in DC-DC converters, according to LDL1117S50R datasheet. Due to its high power supply rejection ratio of 87 dB at 120 Hz, rolling down to more than 40 dB at 100 kHz. Current limit, SOA, and thermal precautions are all included in this device.
