LF353DT Overview
A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. Buffer amps of this type are called J-FET-types. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. We are approaching the 8h termination of the year. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 15V.
