LM335D Product Details
LM335D Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tube. It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages to prevent damage to the devices. There are 8 pins on this sensor for proper operation. There are 8 terminations in this electronic part. Analog sensors can supply 1mA of current when they operate. DC circuits should not exceed 40V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. It is important to note, however, that this magnetic switch can provide a voltage of 5V in the DC circuit even at its minimum. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 3.04V voltage when they are in operation. Ideally, the sensor's current output should be 450μA. Generally, the sensor should output a voltage of 3.04V.
