LM4041AILT-1.2 Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.225V.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LM4041 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 12mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.225V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 50μA.1.225V voltage lower than 1.225V can be output by the voltage reference ic.It can output a voltage of 1.225V regardless of external conditions.In case of a current exceeding 50μA, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.
