LM4041BICT-1.2 Product Details
LM4041BICT-1.2 Overview
A handy 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 5.Voltage reference with ±0.2% tolerance.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.225V voltage. The user can enter input on the Fixed form. The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure. The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins. For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "LM4041" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference. The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 12mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels. There is 1.225V voltage output lower than 1.225V from the voltage reference ic.In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 1.225V.If the current is greater than 50μA, the voltage reference ic may be damaged or improperly operated.
