LM723CN Description

The LM723CN is a 14-lead dual-in-line plastic and SO-14 micro package monolithic integrated programmable voltage regulator. Internal current limiting is provided by the circuit. An external NPN or PNP pass element may be employed if the output current exceeds 150mA. Adjustable current limiting and remote shut-down are included.
