Packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Cut Tape (CT) case. A total of 5 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks.
