M74HC02M1R Overview
In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. The chip is part of the HC/UH family. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. There are 2 inputs on this part. There is a standard Gates logic device here. Devices require a minimum voltage of 2 V. As soon as Vsup reaches 6 V, the maximal supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. There is an industry TUBE method included. The datasheet specifies that the part requires 2/6 V volts of power. A general purpose NOR GATE logic device.
