A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. The case comes in the Tape & Reel (TR) style. There is a 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case embedded in it. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 2Kb 256 x 8. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices.
