PM6641TR Product Details
PM6641TR Description
PM6641TR is a type of monolithic voltage regulator module developed by STMicroelectronics. It is specifically designed for chipsets in ultra-mobile PC, DDR2/3 supply for ultra-mobile PC (UMPC) applications, and real estate-constrained portable systems. A suite of protection functions is provided, including basic UV and OV protections, programmable soft-start and current limit, and active soft-end. Efficiency at a very light load can be increased based on the pulse-skipping technique.
PM6641TR Features
Separate Power Good signals
Pulse skipping at light load
Programmable current limit and soft-start for all outputs
