ST1S30IPUR Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.5MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided.
