Due to the enhanced 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this receiver.Being a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has empowered many solutions to serve for a variety of applications.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this wide receiver.It takes 4.5V~5.5V from the power supply to run this differential driver.At any given time, there can be up to 2/2 eligible receivers/drivers for this electronic part.In most applications, this ic receiver is used in environments where -40°C~85°C is the operating temperature.An output voltage range of 5V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.This wide receiver has 16 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.A package consisting of 16 market standard pinouts is provided with this integrated circuit.Since the base part number ST232 uniquely identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can use it to find more variations.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.As a result of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size has been greatly reduced.As a result of the ic receiver, the resolution of the driver was increased to 2 bits.This transceiver module is designed to operate from an input voltage supply of 5V.Driver ICs are designed to work with a 5V power supply and this driver IC is one of them.It implements 1 transceivers in total.In addition to that, it contains 2 receivers as well.A can transceiver that has a current input of 10mA or greater may be affected by malfunctions.
