ST662ACD-TR Description
A controlled charge pump DC-DC converter is the ST662ACD-TR. It can produce 30 mA output current from inputs as low as 4.75 V and delivers 12 V + 5% output voltage to program bytes-wide Flash memory. The supply current is reduced to just 1 A by a logic-controlled shut-down pin that connects with the microprocessor directly. The ST662ACD-TR is offered in a SO-8 package with Automotive Grade. This device is qualified for the automotive market's AEC-Q100 specification in the temperature range of 40 °C to 125 °C, and the PAT, SYL, and SBL statistical tests are run.
