The ST7 microcontroller series includes the ST7FLIT19BF1M6. Every ST7 device is built around an 8-bit core that is 8-bit industry standard and has an improved instruction set. With byte-by-byte In-Circuit Programming (ICP) and In-Application Programming (IAP) functionality, the ST7FLIT19BF1M6 has FLASH memory.

ST7FLIT19BF1M6 Features

• Clock sources include a crystal or ceramic resonator, an internal 1 percent RC oscillator (found on ST7FLITE15B and ST7FLITE19B), or an external clock.

• Auto-reload timer internal 32-MHz input clock

• Optional x4 or x8 PLL for internal clocks running at 4 or 8 MHz

• Halt, Active-Halt, Auto Wake-up from Halt, Wait, and Slow are the five power-saving modes.
