STBB3JR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-UFBGA, FCBGA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz.
