STEF05DHPUR Overview

The package includes buck boost converter in version Tape & Reel (TR).In the same manner as 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, voltage regulator is packaged.In this case, Surface Mount holds the current regulator in place.There should be no temperature above -40°C~125°C TJ at the time of operation.Voltages of 3.1V~10V can be input as input voltages in this module.There is a STEF05 family member who is related to current regulator.In addition to the maximum design flexibility that 3.6A provides, its output current is also quite high.
