STHV748QTR Overview
It is acceptable to ship using the method Tray .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is targeted at Ultrasound Imaging and other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions.For its operation, the power management uses 2.7V~3.6V voltage.Search STHV748 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power management is equipped with 64 terminals.The instruments designs has received high praise because it is an analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.In addition to being supplied by the 3V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing many demanding tasks.To start it up, the ic supplies will need 2.7V at least.Voltages greater than 3.6V should not be applied to the power supply ic.A voltage output of 90V is provided by this ic power supply.The ic power supply should be displaying a current output of 2A .
