STM32F101R6T6            Description

 

  The STM32F101x4 and STM32F101x6 low-density access line series integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex - M3 32-bit RISC core running at 36 MHz, high-speed embedded memory (16 to 32 K bytes of flash memory and 4 to 6 K bytes of SRAM), and a variety of enhanced peripherals and Icano connected to two APB buses. All devices provide standard communication interfaces (one I2C, one SPI and two USART), a 12-bit ADC and up to two universal 16-bit timers. The STM32F101xx low-density access line series operates in the temperature range of-40 to + 85 °C with a power supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6V. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications. The STM32F101xx low-density access line series includes three different packages, ranging from 36 to 64 pins. Depending on the device selected, including different peripheral groups, the following description outlines the full range of peripherals recommended in this series
