The STM32F207ZGT6TR is a 32-bit microcontroller from the STM32 F2 family that is based on the powerful ARM Cortex-M3 RISC processor and operates at up to 120MHz. The device includes a large number of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, three AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, as well as high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1-Mbyte, up to 128kB of system SRAM, up to 4kB of backup SRAM). The devices also have an adaptive real-time memory accelerator (ART AcceleratorTM), which enables program execution from flash memory with performance equivalent to zero wait states at CPU frequencies up to 120MHz. The CoreMark benchmark has been used to verify this performance. The device includes two general-purpose 32-bit timers, three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, and twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control. a real random number generator (RNG).
