STM32F301K6T6 Description
The high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC core of the STM32F301K6T6 series is based on a frequency of up to 72 MHz and incorporates a floating point unit. The series has numerous upgraded I/Os and peripherals coupled to two APB buses, high-speed embedded memories (up to 64 Kbytes of Flash memory and 16 Kbytes of SRAM), and two APB buses.
In addition to a quick 12-bit ADC (5 Msps), three comparators, an operational amplifier, up to 18 capacitive sensing channels, one DAC channel, a low-power RTC, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one timer for motor control, up to three general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one timer to drive the DAC, the devices offer a fast 12-bit ADC. Additionally, they have multiplexed full-duplex I2S, three I2Cs, up to three USARTs, up to two SPIs, and an infrared transmitter in addition to regular and advanced communication interfaces.
With a power supply ranging from 2.0 to 3.6 V, the STM32F301K6T6 family can operate in temperature ranges of -40 to +85°C and -40 to +105°C. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
Devices from the STM32F301K6T6 family are available in packages with 32, 48, 49, and 64 pins.
Depending on the device selected, a different set of peripherals are included.
